What happened?!?!

This app used to one of my favorites. But, it crashes a lot. Filters and text and frames are not showing up. Whats a photo app without those? Its acting all weird.
To top it off, customer service has been non-existent. Is anyone out there even?
What a shame because this used to be one of the best.
